10 minutes of reflection
What would you tell your younger self about where you are now?
I'd tell her that it's okay to not have everything figured out. The fact that she's still curious, still trying new things, still showing up every day — that's enough. She'd be proud that I finally learned to breathe before reacting.
Name one boundary you set this week. How did it feel?
I said no to a Friday evening work call. It felt uncomfortable at first but then genuinely freeing. I used that time for a stretch session instead and felt so much better going into the weekend.
What did you notice about your body today?
My shoulders were so tense all morning. After the breathwork session, I realised I'd been holding them up near my ears. The tension release was almost instant.
Write about a moment of unexpected kindness recently.
A stranger held the door for me when my hands were full of groceries and said "you look like you're having a day." I laughed so hard. Sometimes being seen by a stranger is all you need.

If your quinoa or rice is cold, pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds or warm in a pan with a splash of water. While it warms, prep everything else.
2 minToss the chickpeas with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. If you have a pan handy, toast them for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. Otherwise, they're great straight from the tin.
3 minMix the tahini with lemon juice, a splash of water, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and drizzly. This is the magic bit.
1 minAdd the warm grains to your bowl. Arrange the spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and chickpeas in sections on top. Take a moment to make it look beautiful.
2 minPour the tahini dressing over the top. Add any extras you like — sesame seeds, chilli flakes, a squeeze of sriracha. Sit down, breathe, and enjoy every bite mindfully.
2 min10 minutes of reflection to close your day with intention
1 minute
Take three slow breaths. Let the noise of the day fall away. There's no right or wrong here. Just you and your thoughts.
4 minutes
Write down three things that went well today. They don't have to be big. A good cup of tea counts. A kind word from a stranger counts.
3 minutes
Pick one of those three things. What role did you play in making it happen? Even if it felt like luck, you showed up. You were open to it.

Based on what you've written, set one gentle intention for tomorrow. Not a goal, not a task. Just something to carry with you.
